Ms Joung gave me a very reasonable rate for the huge job. A lot of the other cleaning services don’t do carpet cleaning which I needed. Plus all of her great customer reviews on Yelp and Google made her really stand out to me compared to the others. Just today I just got all three levels of my single family rental deep cleaned and carpet shampooed for my landlord since we’re moving out and Ms Joung and her team did an amazing job! They were early/on time for both the free quote and the cleaning. Ms Joung is extremely responsive and professional, friendly, making sure everything is documented, expectations are clear, they are licensed bonded and insured, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The landlord gave me a really long list of everything that needed to be cleaned and they did every single one of them and gave a receipt for proof. My entire house was covered in dog hair before she came. Just a few hours later I came back and everything was perfect. Every stain from the carpet was gone. All the hair and dirt marks from my dogs were gone. The whole house was white again. Afterwards, she had me walk through and do an inspection to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the condition which I was. Now i know i’ll get my deposit back and i’ll definitely contact her for services next time I move, if not sooner for occasional upkeep cleaning. I recommend this company! It was so clean that I felt sorry for the team who worked so hard and diligently. They looked exhausted after 3 hours of deep cleaning. I could not clean the house after giving a birth two months ago, being busy with taking care of baby, cooking, washing dishes and laundry, (yes, I am making excuses :)) and they made the whole house bright and shiny.
